Another must have bar mix, provides a sweet/tart taste used in many drinks, and made popular by the class of drinks called SOURS. Uses egg whites to make a killer froth in shaken drinks

Ingredients
  • 12 oz FRESH SQUEEZED Lemon Juice
  • 18 oz Distilled water
  • 1/4 cup of refined sugar
  • 1 raw egg white

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients
  2. Shake in a large jar or container to disolve. (or blend)
  3. Store in fridge NO MORE then 7-10 days
  4. Always Always blend or shake before using
  5. (remember.. it has raw egg whites, this MUST be kept cold, and no longer then 7-10 days!)
