Rye Bread with Beer and Orange

this recipe is from a little pamphet that I've had for ever..I never had a bread machine but it sounds good.. you can also make it the old fashion way and hand knead it..
Ingredients
- 1 package yeast shopping list
- 1 cup medium rye flour shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour shopping list
- 2 TBSP. wheat germ shopping list
- 1 teasp. salt shopping list
- 1 cup flat beer shopping list
- 2 TBSP. molasses shopping list
- 2 teasp. fresh grated orange rind shopping list
- 2 TBSP. butter, room temperature shopping list
- 1/4 cup warm water shopping list
How to make it
- add all the ingredients to machine in the order listed
- select 'white bread' and push start
- ..................................................................
- you can use the above recipe and make the old fashion way and hand knead the bread..

- it will make 2 loaves
- bake at 350' F for 40 - 45 minutes
