Salmon Patties

- 1 can pink salmon shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- oil for frying shopping list
How to make it
- Open the can of salmon and drain all but 2 tbsp of the juice, set aside.
- Pick out the bones.
- Add 1 egg to the salmon and mix it well.
- Add 1/2 cup flour, stir til it's well mixed.
- To the 2 tbsp juice, add the baking powder. Pour into the salmon mixture and stir.
- Shape into patties.
- Fry in oil til patties are cooked through and they are golden on both sides.
