How to make it

  • Open the can of salmon and drain all but 2 tbsp of the juice, set aside.
  • Pick out the bones.
  • Add 1 egg to the salmon and mix it well.
  • Add 1/2 cup flour, stir til it's well mixed.
  • To the 2 tbsp juice, add the baking powder. Pour into the salmon mixture and stir.
  • Shape into patties.
  • Fry in oil til patties are cooked through and they are golden on both sides.
