How to make it

  • Arrange fish in a shallow dish.
  • Combine soy sauce, lemon juice, oil, ginger root, brown sugar and green onion.
  • Pour over fish then cover and refrigerate at least one hour then drain and reserve marinade.
  • Broil fish about 3" from heat for 4 minutes on each side.
  • Brush with sauce a few times during cooking.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
