How to make it

  • cream butter and sugar together in large mixing bowl
  • add egg ,banana and vanilla and mix well
  • in another mixing bowl sift all the dry ingredients together
  • add half of the dry ingredients to banana and mix well
  • then add the rest of dry mix and the white chocolate and mix altogether
  • grease a loaf tin spoon in mixture bake at 175 for 50minutes
  • and to finish drizzle a little melted white chocolate over the top
