How to make it

  • add the lamb to the water salt pepper and the onion and boil then simmer for one hour
  • put the yogurt in blender and add garlic eags water and salt them blend them for 10 miutes
  • put the yogurt on the stove and stir them until it will boil
  • when the meat is done add it to the yogurt
  • when serving add the pine to it
  • you can serve it next to steamed rice

    Just curious how you make the yogurt in Syria. I saw your comment on Jim's paged and just wondered what the difference was. A friend was supposed to tell me how to make it, but hasn't yet and I do love it.
