Syrian Cooked Yogurt Shakeria Recipe
My grandmother used to make this dish in Eid alfotur and in Eid aladha so you can make it in any Kind of holiday you want because it will warm you up in the winter and it will cool you off in the summer

Ingredients
  • 2 Kilo grams Yogurt
  • 2 cloves of garlic pealed
  • 2 eags
  • 1 cup water
  • salt
  • 1 kilo lamb cut into medium pieces
  • 1 liter water
  • salt pepper
  • one small onion
  • for garnishing 1/2 tosted pinenuttes

Directions
  1. add the lamb to the water salt pepper and the onion and boil then simmer for one hour
  2. put the yogurt in blender and add garlic eags water and salt them blend them for 10 miutes
  3. put the yogurt on the stove and stir them until it will boil
  4. when the meat is done add it to the yogurt
  5. when serving add the pine to it
  6. you can serve it next to steamed rice
