An easy tender tasty pepper steak.

Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • dash pepper
  • 1 1/2 lb round steak
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 1 can onion soup
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 medium green pepper, cut into strips

Directions
  1. Combine flour and seasonings.
  2. Using a meat mallet pound this into the meat.
  3. In skillet brown this meat, both sides, in the oil. Pour off fat.
  4. Add soup and ketchup.
  5. Cover; cook over low heat 1 hr.
  6. Add green pepper; cook 20 minute more.
  7. Stir now and then.
  8. Great served over mashed potatoes or noodles. YUMMY!
