How to make it

  • Combine flour and seasonings.
  • Using a meat mallet pound this into the meat.
  • In skillet brown this meat, both sides, in the oil. Pour off fat.
  • Add soup and ketchup.
  • Cover; cook over low heat 1 hr.
  • Add green pepper; cook 20 minute more.
  • Stir now and then.
  • Great served over mashed potatoes or noodles. YUMMY!
