How to make it
- Combine flour and seasonings.
- Using a meat mallet pound this into the meat.
- In skillet brown this meat, both sides, in the oil. Pour off fat.
- Add soup and ketchup.
- Cover; cook over low heat 1 hr.
- Add green pepper; cook 20 minute more.
- Stir now and then.
- Great served over mashed potatoes or noodles. YUMMY!
