Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 1bs. of ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 envelope of dry Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing mix
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup of ketchup
  • 1 cup Italian bread crumbs with parmesian cheese

Directions
  1. In a large mixing bowl mix all ingredients except ground beef together 1st
  2. Add ground beef and mix thoroughly (squish together w/hands)
  3. Place in large loaf pan or rectangle glass pan
  4. Bake at 375 degrees, checking often to pour off and remove grease
  5. Let stand for 15 minutes after removale from oven
