bbq sauce

i was tired of the bottled bbq sauce taste so i tried it out this way. good for chops, and chicken on the grill
Ingredients
- 1 cup of ketchup shopping list
- 1/2 cup of beer shopping list
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion shopping list
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 tbsp any steak seasoning shopping list
- 2 cloves of minced garlic shopping list
- tomatoe sauce if needed shopping list
How to make it
- combine all ingredient in pan. bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to simmer for 10 mins. (if the sauce is to sweet for you add tomatoe sauce to desired taste)
