  • pre heat Oven to 350
  • First make the cookie base!
  • Cream butter, brown sugar and eggs
  • Add flour and salt
  • Beat
  • Bake 350 for 25 mins
  • Secondly, the marshmallow topping!
  • Melt chocolate and butter in 3 qt saucepan, stirring constantly until smooth; remove from heat. Stir in XX sugar and eggs; beat until smooth. Fold in marshmallows and pecans. Spread over cookie base
  • Chill for 2 hrs
