How to make it

  • Bake your potato
  • (or a whole bag - full)
  • refridgerate over night
  • cut in half
  • now, you will see the potato has a heart (aw!)
  • stick your thumb in the heart and the potato will easily split ino quarters.
  • drizzle with olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • chunks of butter if you love it
  • squeeze lemon juice over top
  • top with sour cream or feta cheese and sprinkling of fresh cut herbs.
  • garnish with optionals
  • sumac is my favorite part - sprinkled iver the potato and then over th sour cream and toppings too.
