How to make it

  • In a large saucepan,combine oil and onion.
  • Saute onion,stirring occasionally until soft.
  • In blender or food processor fitted with the steel blade.
  • Process apricots and sugar until finely chopped.
  • Stir apricot mixture and remaining ingredients into onion mixture.
  • Bring to a boil,and boil for 3 to 5 minutes,stirring occasionally until sauce thickens.
  • Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
  • Serve Warm with meat.
