Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 Cups Smooth Peanut Butter(Good Brand)
  • 1/2 Cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips,melted
  • 1/4 Cup Butter,softened
  • 1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Instant Coffee Granules
  • 1 teaspoon Hot Water

Directions
  1. In a lare bowl.
  2. Combine first 5 ingredients.
  3. Stir until smooth.
  4. Combine coffee granules and water,stir until coffee dissolves.
  5. Stir coffee into peanut butter mixture.
  6. Serve with cookies or crackers
  7. Store in a airthight container
  8. Makes about 2 cups
