How to make it

  • prepare jell-O according to package directions.
  • place jell-O into 13"x9" pan, it should be very thin.
  • refrigerate until firm.
  • when jell-O is firm enough, slice gelatin into small squares 1/4" x 1/4").
  • caramelize sugar:
  • combine a cup of water and sugar
  • bring to a boil over low-medium fire.
  • after 5 minutes of boiling. let it cool
  • In a pitcher:
  • combine gelatin, caramelized sugar, vanilla, and ice cubes.
  • add water until desired sweetness. (not too much or you will add sugar)
  • enjoy!
