Ingredients
  • 1 pack jell-O gelatin dessert strawberry flavor
  • 500g sugar
  • 1 teapoon vanilla
  • ice cubes

Directions
  1. prepare jell-O according to package directions.
  2. place jell-O into 13"x9" pan, it should be very thin.
  3. refrigerate until firm.
  4. when jell-O is firm enough, slice gelatin into small squares 1/4" x 1/4").
  5. caramelize sugar:
  6. combine a cup of water and sugar
  7. bring to a boil over low-medium fire.
  8. after 5 minutes of boiling. let it cool
  9. In a pitcher:
  10. combine gelatin, caramelized sugar, vanilla, and ice cubes.
  11. add water until desired sweetness. (not too much or you will add sugar)
  12. enjoy!
