Easy as pie! The perfect dessert for every occasion. Everybody loves it! Non-vegans are always surprised when they hear that such a yummy dessert is made of tofu. :)

Ingredients
  • 2.5 cups silken tofu
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 0.5 cup cane sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons toasted almond slices
  • 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 small pinch of salt (adds more depth to the whole dish)

Directions
  1. Drain the tofu slightly.
  2. Toast the almond slices in a pan (without oil) and stir occasionally so that the almonds don't burn. Let cool an reserve for garnishing.
  3. Blend the tofu and all other ingredients in a blender.
  4. Arrange the tofu pudding in dishes and sprinkle the almonds over it. Enjoy!

This is vegan without the honey, vegans can swap in agave syrup instead though.
