Colby Corn Chowder

This is a very easy but very tasty chowder that comes from my friend Charlotte who is an incredible cook and an even better baker. Enjoy
Ingredients
- colby corn Chowder shopping list
- 6 large potatoes peeled and cubed shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 medium white onion chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 2 cans cream style corn shopping list
- 4 strips cooked crumbled bacon shopping list
- 3 cups milk shopping list
- 8 ounces colby cheese cubed shopping list
How to make it
- Cook potatoes in salted water then drain well.
- Sauté onion in butter then mix into potatoes and stir in corn and bacon.
- Heat through then add milk and heat through again.
- Add cheese stirring until completely melted then serve immediately.
