Dreamsicle Pie Recipe
Very easy to make. To make for a diabetic use low fat cream cheese, lite cool whip and sugar free jello and pudding. I have made it both ways and prefer the diabetic version best because it tastes more like a creamsicle to me..

Ingredients
  • 1 8oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 16oz cool whip, thawed
  • 1 c orange juice
  • 1 small instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 small orange jello mix
  • 2 graham cracker crusts

Directions
  1. Mix softened cream cheese and thawed cool whip together well.
  2. Add orange juice and mix well.
  3. Sprinkle on pudding and mix well.
  4. Sprinkle on orange jello and mix until mixed well.
  5. Divide evenly into 2 pie crusts and chill 2 hours before cutting.
  6. Can be frozen.

Loved it (but boosted the orange flavor with some sugar free Kool aid I had on hand)
doubled it for a treat for a church group It was a huge hit!
