Sushi My Favorite Maki

- sushi rice already done and ready to go shopping list
- 3 oz. smoked salmon shopping list
- 3oz. broiled eel shopping list
- 3oz. cream cheese shopping list
- large nori shopping list
- 3oz. unagi sauce shopping list
- 3 oz. avacado shopping list
- 1 1/2oz. fried onion shopping list
- enough to coat, tempura batter shopping list
How to make it
- In a sautuse or fryer ready your oil. type of oil used not important . just dont use peanut or olive as these have low smoking points and will leave nasty burned taste in food. you will need to deep fry so keep that in mind.
- heat up your eel how have you, just make sure its warm to hot
- lay out your sushi mat and place large nori on top
- rub on your already sushi rice then smoked salmon, creamcheese, eel, avacado and fried onion
- roll it up
- batter it , fry it till done slice and drizzle unagi sauce over generously.
- also if you could make some sort of Asian bbq sauce I would use that instead of unagi.

I love sushi but my BF doesn't. This is perfect for him because there is no raw stuff--plus it looks like it would be very tasty. Thanks.
