How to make it

  • In a sautuse or fryer ready your oil. type of oil used not important . just dont use peanut or olive as these have low smoking points and will leave nasty burned taste in food. you will need to deep fry so keep that in mind.
  • heat up your eel how have you, just make sure its warm to hot
  • lay out your sushi mat and place large nori on top
  • rub on your already sushi rice then smoked salmon, creamcheese, eel, avacado and fried onion
  • roll it up
  • batter it , fry it till done slice and drizzle unagi sauce over generously.
  • also if you could make some sort of Asian bbq sauce I would use that instead of unagi.
