Ingredients

Dressing: 2/3 cup sugar

1/2 cup oil

1/3 cup ketchup

1/4 cup vinegar

salt and pepper

Salad: 2 cups cooked pasta (rotini)

small cuke diced

2 tomatoes diced

small green peppper dices

green onion (to taste)

Directions

Whisk together the dressing ingredients until combined.

Pour onto pasta salad and mix well.

What a twist with the ketchup in the dressing. Can't wait to try it. I love to add salami, ham, turkey-whatever(lunchmeat works just fine)and cube some cheese up. You have one heck of a pasta salad that can be a meal in itself.
