Raspberry Crisp

- 3 medium granny smith apples peeled and cored shopping list
- 3/4 cup raspberry preserves shopping list
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour shopping list
- Topping; shopping list
- 2/3 cup flaked coconut shopping list
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats shopping list
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/3 cup butter melted shopping list
- 1/4 cup whole almonds chopped shopping list
- raspberry sherbet shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Slice apples into thin rings then cut rings into quarters.
- Combine preserves and flour in mixing bowl then add apples and toss to coat evenly.
- Pour into bottom of a pie plate or shallow baking dish.
- Combine coconut, oats, brown sugar and flour in a mixing bowl.
- Melt butter and add to chopped almonds then add butter and almonds to coconut mixture,
- Mix well then sprinkle topping evenly over apple mixture and bake 35 minutes.
- Cool slightly then serve with sherbet.
