How to make it

  • cook bacon in skillet, cool and crumble
  • sautee shrimp in olive oil and crushed garlic, set aside
  • sautee mushrooms - using fresh uncooked causes too much
  • water in the quiche
  • in a large bowl, hand whip the eggs
  • with a spatula mix in the mayo until smooth
  • add the cheese and mix
  • 9 inch quiche dish
  • 350 F 45-50 minutes until raised, golden brown, with splits
  • across the top.
  • starting with the liquid mix, layer the ingredients, and top with
  • a bit of cheese.
