Cumin Bread

- 3 Cups all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1/4 Cup sugar shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons baking powder shopping list
- 4 teaspoons ground cumin shopping list
- 2 teaspoons salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cumin seed,crushed shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1-1/2 Cups milk shopping list
- 1/3 Cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons picante sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees:
- In a large bowl,combine first 7 ingredients.
- In a medium bowl,whisk together remaining ingredients.
- Add egg mixture to dry ingredients,stir (just)until batter is moist.
- Pour batter evenly into 3 greased 3x5-1/2" loaf pans.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool in pans 10 minutes,then turn onto a cooling rack to cool completely.
- Store in an airtight container.
- Bread may be served at room temperature or warm.
- To reheat:preheat oven to 350 degrees.Bake uncovered on a ungreased baking sheet 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through.
