Peanut Venison Stir Fry

- 5 teaspoons cornstarch shopping list
- 2 cups broth shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons peanut butter shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon chili pepper shopping list
- Dash pepper shopping list
- 1 pound venison, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 cup sliced onion shopping list
- 1 cup sliced celery shopping list
- 1 cup sliced green/red pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons oil shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl, combine the cornstarch, broth, soy sauce, peanut butter, sugar and pepper until smooth; set aside. In a large skillet or wok, stir-fry the beef, onion, celery and garlic in oil for 5-8 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
- Stir the broth mixture and add to the pan. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until thickened.
- You could probably use beef for this too, and have it taste almost as good;)
