Ingredients
  • 4 steaks
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed120ml,2 cups stout
  • 2 tblp dark muscovado sugar
  • 2 tbsp worcesrershire sauce
  • 1tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp crushed pepper corns

Directions
  1. place steaks in shallow dish
  2. mix all ing together and pour over meat
  3. marinade in fridge overnight or at least 3 hrs
  4. bbq basting with marinade
