Ingredients
  • 3 1/2 pounds Whole Chicken
  • 2 cups Celery ; chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Celery Seed ; (optional)
  • 1 pound Baby Carrots
  • 1 cup Onion ; chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Salt And Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Chicken Soup Base With Fat
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley

Directions
  1. In a large pot with enough water to cover chicken, boil whole chicken in pot for about 1 hour.
  2. Remove chicken and allow to cool.
  3. Debone and cut into bite size pieces, return to juice, then add rest of ingredients.
  4. Bring to a boil, and reduce heat to medium low for 2 hours, or until carrots and celery are soft.
  5. Cook noodles separate and place in bowl pour soup over.
