How to make it

  • Deseed the peppers and slice them. Put them aside.
  • Mix the half and half and parmesan cheese together and Put aside. Put oil in preheated pan and cook garlic and onions on medium high heat.
  • Add the mushrooms. When the mushrooms are cooked add the chicken.
  • When chicken is done cooking, add sherry and butter. Add all of you peppers.
  • Sprinkle with the basil and black pepper.
  • Add the parmesan cheese and half and half mixture.
  • Stir through chicken and cooked vegetables.
  • Add the tomato sauce.
  • Put sauce on low and bring it up to temperature, stirring regularly. (The parmesan cheese will stick to the bottom and burn if you don't stir regularly)
  • Add the cooked noodles to the sauce and cook for 10 minutes to allow the sauce to thicken.
