Credo Pork Con Salsa

- 2 tablespoons red chili powder shopping list
- 2 teaspoons cumin powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons onion powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2-1/2 pounds pork tenderloins shopping list
- Salsa: shopping list
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar shopping list
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks shopping list
- 1 papaya peeled and chopped shopping list
- 2 cups cantaloupe chunks shopping list
- 4 green onions minced shopping list
- 2 sprigs fresh cilantro minced shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine seasonings then rub all over sides of pork tenderloins.
- Arrange tenderloins in shallow baking dish.
- Cover and set aside for 15 minutes at room temperature then uncover and bake 45 minutes.
- While pork is cooking prepare salsa.
- Whisk vinegar and sugar together in bowl then add remaining ingredients and toss to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate then serve alongside pork tenderloins.
