Mexican Hot Chocolate Recipe

Ingredients

4 ounces Mexican chocolate

4 cups milk

Directions

Break chocolate pieces into small chunks according to directions on package.

Warm milk and chocolate over low heat stirring continuously until chocolate melts.

When milk begins to simmer beat vigorously with whisk until mixture is thick with foam.

Serve hot in mugs.
