How to make it

  • Wash potato and get a shallow bowl
  • Cut potato in half longways
  • Using the back of a spoon heap butter onto the insides of the slices of potato
  • Season butter sides with Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • Place Chicken Bouillon cube in middle of potato slices and set in bowl
  • Microwave about 5 minutes- potato will fall as butter melts
  • Remove and slice front and back with a knife lengthwise
  • Put potato slices inside part down into the butter/bouillon mix
  • Microwave 2 min 22 seconds and flip over
  • Repeat the 2:22 time on other side after adding a few more chunks of butter
  • Test for doneness with a fork (nuke longer if needed in small increments)
  • Enjoy!
