Crab Palau

                    - 4 large crabs shopping list
 - 1/4 cup fresh chives chopped shopping list
 - 1/4 cup celery finely chopped shopping list
 - juice of 2 limes shopping list
 - 2 cloves garlic minced shopping list
 - 1/4 cup white onion minced shopping list
 - 3 tablespoons pimento chopped shopping list
 - 1/4 cup vegetable oil shopping list
 - 2 carrots sliced shopping list
 - 2 white onions chopped shopping list
 - 2 tomatoes chopped shopping list
 - 2 tablespoons curry powder shopping list
 - 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
 - 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
 - 3-1/2 cups coconut milk shopping list
 - 3 cups uncooked rice shopping list
 
How to make it 
                    - Rinse and clean crabs well.
 - Place n a large pot of lightly salted water and boil until meat is opaque and cooked through/
 - Let crabs cool completely then remove crab meat and reserve.
 - Season crab meat with a mixture of the chives, celery, lime juice, garlic, onion, and pimento.
 - Meanwhile warm the vegetable oil in a heavy skillet or pot over medium high heat.
 - Add carrots and onions then cook until onions are clear and carrots are soft.
 - Add tomatoes, curry powder, salt and pepper then cook stirring constantly for 8 minutes.
 - Add coconut milk and rice the let mixture come to boil.
 - Reduce heat cover and simmer for 30 minutes then add crab meat to mixture and stir.
 - Let meat warm through and allow remaining liquids to be absorbed by the rice then serve warm.
