Chocolate Orange Mousse

Another great dish with the chocolate orange combination. This is a recipe that I have made as far back as I can remember. It is creamy, chocolatey, orangey and a real crowd pleaser. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 6 squares semisweet chocolate shopping list
- 1 teaspoon grated orange rind shopping list
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar shopping list
- 2 egg yolks shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 tablespoon orange juice shopping list
- 1 cup whipping cream whipped shopping list
- mandarin oranges shopping list
How to make it
- Melt chocolate over hot water in top of double boiler then cool.
- Combine orange rind, sugar, egg yolks and eggs in blender then blend until light and foamy.
- Add chocolate and orange juice then blend well and fold in whipped cream.
- Pour into small individual serving dishes then chill until set.
- Garnish each with additional whipped cream and mandarin orange slices.
