- 3/4 cup softened butter shopping list
- 3/4 cup fine sugar shopping list
- 3 TBS unsweetened cocoa powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 TBS water shopping list
- 2 cups quick-cook oatmeal (not whole rolled oats) shopping list
- 1 to 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients except powdered sugar well and refrigerate the dough overnight.
- Next day, form 1" balls, roll well in powdered sugar to coat thoroughly (no brown should be showing) and re-chill.
- Store in refrigerator in an airtight container.
