Ingredients
- SAUCE shopping list
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 teaspoons minced jalapenos shopping list
- 1 teaspoons jalapeno juice, from minced jalepenos shopping list
- 3/8 teaspoon sugar shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 1/16 teaspoon cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1/16 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1/16 teaspoon salt shopping list
- QUESADILLAS shopping list
- 2 flour tortillas shopping list
- 2 chicken tenderloins shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese shopping list
- 1 slice process American cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Combine sauce ingredients and stir until smooth.
- Grill chicken in vegetable oil and cut into thin slices.

- One at a time, lay tortilla into hot skillet and
- sprinkle with 1/4 cup of each shredded cheese and 1/2
- cheese slice on one side of the tortilla.
- Arrange about 1/4 cup chicken slices over tortilla on
- the same half covered with cheese.
- On the empty side, spread about one tablespoon of
- sauce.
- Fold over, and press gently with spatula.
- Cook until cheese is melted and slice each into 4
- pieces.
