How to make it

  • Slice tofu in half vertically and then again diagonally
  • Whisk together soy sauce through paprika
  • Marinate tofu pieces in mixture for 30 min
  • Combine pepper through oregano, mix well
  • Heat oil on large sauce pan
  • After marinating, dip tofu in dry rub on either side
  • Put tofu in sauce pan 3-4 min per side
  • Add navy beans 4 minutes after adding tofu
  • Finish cooking tofu, turn off heat, add chard and cover
  • Steam for approx. 2 min, or until chard is soft
  • Serve tofu and beans on bed of chard
