GARLIC STUDDED DIJON PORK TENDERLOIN

- 1 1/2 tbsp white wine vinegar shopping list
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard shopping list
- 2 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 1 tsp dried oregano shopping list
- 1/8 tsp black pepper shopping list
- salt, to taste shopping list
- 1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin shopping list
- 4 garlic clove, halved lengthwise shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together vinegar, mustard, oil and spices.
- Place tenderloin in an airtight container and pour marinade over pork, coating evenly, let sit for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish, remove pork from marinade and place in dish.
- Cut 8 slits along top of pork and stuff a garlic clove half into each slit. Pour reserved marinade over pork and bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
