How to make it

  • Wash the spinach (if loose leafed).
  • Take large pot and fill with enough water to cover the Spinach. Add a little Table Salt to the water.
  • Boil Spinach until mostly done (there's still heat to be involved so no worries).
  • Drain Spinach (By this time the Spinach should be falling apart all by itself. No need to get it completely dry, just not sloshing around is fine.).
  • Put the Cream of Mushroom Soup in the pot with the now-cooked Spinach along with the Sea Salt, Pepper, and Paprika. Warm on Medium heat for 5 minutes stirring occasionally to keep things from burning.
  • Cut up the Artichoke Hearts and put them in the pot too.
  • Add Cheeses and stir occasionally until thoroughly melted.
  • Serve with Tortilla chips.
