Chocolate Zucchini Cake

I had to use up mass quantities of zucchini, and this is what I came up with. Now my family wants me to go get more!!!
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter (must be real) shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups raw sugar shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1/4 cup buttermilk shopping list
- 2 tsp vanilla extract shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups grated zucchini shopping list
- 4 oz semisweet dark chocolate, grated fine shopping list
- 3 cups flour shopping list
- 1 tbsp baking powder shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour a large bundt pan (this makes a very tall cake.)
- Cream butter and raw sugar. Add eggs, buttermilk, vanilla,and zucchini, beat til well mixed. Add grated chocolate while mixing, beat till well distributed. Add dry ingredients and mix well
- Pour into prepared pan, bake for 55 minutes or til a tester comes out clean. I recommend real whipped cream with this, while still warm from the oven!
