Chocolate Zucchini Cake Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour a large bundt pan (this makes a very tall cake.)
  • Cream butter and raw sugar. Add eggs, buttermilk, vanilla,and zucchini, beat til well mixed. Add grated chocolate while mixing, beat till well distributed. Add dry ingredients and mix well
  • Pour into prepared pan, bake for 55 minutes or til a tester comes out clean. I recommend real whipped cream with this, while still warm from the oven!
