Herbed Omelet

- 2 cups finely chopped chives shopping list
- 2 cups finely chopped Italian parsley shopping list
- 2 cups finely chopped cilantro shopping list
- 2 lettuce leaves cleaned and finely chopped shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves peeled and minced shopping list
- 6 eggs shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1 dash powdered saffron shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 2 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 3 tablespoons corn oil shopping list
How to make it
- Mix chopped chives, parsley, cilantro, lettuce and garlic in small bowl.
- In separate bowl vigorously beat eggs, cinnamon, saffron, salt, pepper and flour.
- Add herbs to egg mixture and beat until well combined.
- Heat oil in 6-inch skillet over low heat.
- Add egg mixture then cover and cook on top of stove for 5 minutes.
- Transfer to 350 oven and bake for 40 minutes.
