How to make it

  • Cook and drain spaghetti. Mix with 2 tablespoons butter, 1/3 c. Parmesan, eggs;
  • Press into bottom of 10 inch pie pan to form the crust;
  • Combine spinach, cottage cheese, ricotta, onion, dill, 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco, 1/2 teaspoon salt and spoon into pie shell;
  • Place mushrooms on top;
  • In saucepan combine 3 tablespoons butter, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco, and flour;
  • Cook at low 1 minute;
  • Gradually add milk until it boils and is thickened;
  • Pour over pie;
  • Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan;
  • Bake at 350 for 10 minutes;
  • Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes more;
  • Cool 5 minutes before slicing.
