This is a delicious tangy pasta dish.

Ingredients
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 8oz light sour cream
  • 1 box penne pasta (or less for fewer servings)
  • 3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, I use frozen.
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms (optional)

Directions
  1. season and cook chicken (stir fry or bake at 350 for 35-40 min) cut into chunks
  2. cook pasta until tender and drain
  3. mix together sour cream and soup also add cooked liquid from chicken
  4. mix all together, season with garlic salt and seasoning salt
  5. add a little milk if not creamy enough
  6. put cheddar cheese or parmesan cheese on top, mushrooms if desired.
  7. bake at 350 degrees F about 20-30 min or until warm
