Peaches -n- Cream Cake Recipe

How to make it

  • Mix flour, baking powder, salt and dry pudding in a bowl. Set aside. In a separate bowl, combine butter, egg, and milk; mix until fluffy. Add dry ingredients to butter mixture; mix well.
  • Pour into greased 9x13 pan.
  • Place diced peaches over batter.
  • Combine cream cheese, sugar and juice; mix and spread over peaches to within 1-in. of the sides of the pan.
  • Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 35 min.
  • Serve with whipped cream.
