Peaches -n- Cream Cake

- 3/4 c. flour shopping list
- 1 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- small pkg. dry vanilla pudding (not instant) shopping list
- 3 Tbsp. softened butter shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 c. milk shopping list
- 20 oz. can diced peaches, drained (save juice) shopping list
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/2 c. sugar shopping list
- 3 Tbsp. reserved peach juice shopping list
- cinnamon shopping list
- sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Mix flour, baking powder, salt and dry pudding in a bowl. Set aside. In a separate bowl, combine butter, egg, and milk; mix until fluffy. Add dry ingredients to butter mixture; mix well.
- Pour into greased 9x13 pan.
- Place diced peaches over batter.
- Combine cream cheese, sugar and juice; mix and spread over peaches to within 1-in. of the sides of the pan.
- Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 35 min.
- Serve with whipped cream.
