Beef Noodle Soup Recipe

This is a twist on the old fashion ramien soups. We use beef most times, but you can use any of the flavor you prefer.

Ingredients
  • 1 pk beef ramien noodles
  • 1 chopped celery stock
  • 6 chopped baby carrots
  • 1 chopped red/white potato
  • 1 handful of frozen corn kernals
  • 1 handful of frozen peas
  • 1/2 a squeezed orange
  • 3 cups water
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions
  1. bring water, celery, carrots, potato, corn, peas, orange, salt, pepper, and ramien season pack come to a boil
  2. turn down heat and let the mixture cook for roughly 3 mins (or potato is soft)
  3. Keep an eye on the liquid if it gets on the dry side you can add water
  4. add noodles and bring a boil then turn off all heat
  5. let stand for 5 mins and serve hot
  6. (if serving to kids add an ice cube to cool down)
  7. Enjoy!
