Great Grains Breakfast Parfait

- 30g raspberries shopping list
- 30g blueberries shopping list
- 3/4 cup (about 100g) cooked, cold bulgur shopping list
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 175g fat-free vanilla yogurt (I use Source) shopping list
How to make it
- Combine berries in a small bowl.
- Combine bulgur, cinnamon and yogurt in another bowl.
- Layer bulgur mixture with berries in a glass or bowl, and enjoy!
