Ingredients
  • 30g raspberries
  • 30g blueberries
  • 3/4 cup (about 100g) cooked, cold bulgur
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 175g fat-free vanilla yogurt (I use Source)

Directions
  1. Combine berries in a small bowl.
  2. Combine bulgur, cinnamon and yogurt in another bowl.
  3. Layer bulgur mixture with berries in a glass or bowl, and enjoy!
