How to make it

  • Prepare polenta according to package instructions
  • Season polenta with salt pepper and Parmesan cheese
  • When cooked transfer to 1/2 sheetpan lined with parchment paper and coated with Olive Oil Spread into approx 1/2 inch
  • Refrigerate until firm
  • Pan fry italian Sausage drain excess fat and crumble
  • Prepare Pomadoro Red Sauce
  • Place even layer of sauce over polenta
  • place even layer of sausage on top of sauce
  • top with equal parts parmesan & Provolone cheese
  • starting at the short end of sheet pan gently begin to roll
  • when you have a single layer roll cut and repeat
  • cut rolls length wise into fours
  • place rolls in 2" half hotel pan with lined with pomadoro sauce
  • top rolls with sauce and both cheeses
  • Cover and bake at 300 for 30 minutes
  • uncover and bake until top is golden brown
  • let sit for 15 minutes and top with Fresh torn basil
