Ingredients

2 small eggs

4 egg yolks

1 cup sugar

2 1/2 cups sifted CAKE flour

2 tsp Anise extract

Directions

Beat whole eggs, yolks and sugar until foamy and lemon colored. Blend in flour and Anise. Drop by teaspoonfuls 1 inch apart on ungreased baking sheet at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes, until light brown. Remove promptly from baking sheet to cooling rack.
