Beef Stew

This beef stew recipe is so easy to put together in the crockpot for dinner. It is delicious and we never have any left overs in our family
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 to 2 pounds of stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes shopping list
- 1/4 cup flour shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth shopping list
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 bay leaf shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 3 carrots, sliced shopping list
- 3 potatoes, diced shopping list
- 1 to 2 onions, chopped shopping list
- 1 stalk celery, sliced shopping list
- 2 teaspoons Kitchen Bouquet, optional shopping list
How to make it
- Place meat in crockpot. Mix flour, salt and pepper and pour over meat; stir to coat meat with flour.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well.
- Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours or high for 4 to 6 hours. Stir stew thoroughly before serving.
