How to make it

  • Place medium banana in blender then process until pureed.
  • Combine gingerbread mix, water, 1/2 cup pureed banana and egg in large bowl then beat well.
  • Stir in chopped banana, raisins and almonds then spread batter in greased rectangular baking pan.
  • Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
  • Mix powdered sugar and 3 tablespoons lemon juice in medium bowl to make thin glaze.
  • Spread over warm gingerbread then cool and cut into bars then sprinkle with additional sugar.
