Best Salsa Ever

- Good slicing knife shopping list
- Cutting board (need to save juices) shopping list
- Large bowl shopping list
- 2 large tomatos shopping list
- 1 onion (about same size as 1 of tomatos) shopping list
- 1 bundle of cilantro shopping list
- 1/2 of a lime shopping list
- Johnny's seasoning salt (very important) shopping list
- Optional: shopping list
- 1 bell pepper shopping list
- 2-3 jalepenos OR shopping list
- 1-3 habeneros (very very hot) shopping list
- Any peppers can be used, just pay attention to ratio. shopping list
How to make it
- Cut up tomatos as small as you can handle (put in bowl with juices)
- Cut up onion as small as you want (put in bowl)
- Cut up entire cilantro bundle, starting with small stem pieces (chop to desired size)
- Optional: add chopped up peppers (!!be careful of hot pepper oills!!)
- Mix with spoon
- Squeeze 1/2 lime over salsa
- Mix with spoon
- Sprinkle Johnny's while mixing-I keep tortilla chips on hand and sprinkle to taste ( I suggest Juanita's Brand, very authentic tasting chips)
- Cover and refridgerate what's left after snacking.
