Ingredients
  • Good slicing knife
  • Cutting board (need to save juices)
  • Large bowl
  • 2 large tomatos
  • 1 onion (about same size as 1 of tomatos)
  • 1 bundle of cilantro
  • 1/2 of a lime
  • Johnny's Seasoning Salt (very important)
  • Optional:
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2-3 jalepenos OR
  • 1-3 habeneros (very very hot)
  • Any peppers can be used, just pay attention to ratio.

Directions
  1. Cut up tomatos as small as you can handle (put in bowl with juices)
  2. Cut up onion as small as you want (put in bowl)
  3. Cut up entire cilantro bundle, starting with small stem pieces (chop to desired size)
  4. Optional: add chopped up peppers (!!be careful of hot pepper oills!!)
  5. Mix with spoon
  6. Squeeze 1/2 lime over salsa
  7. Mix with spoon
  8. Sprinkle Johnny's while mixing-I keep tortilla chips on hand and sprinkle to taste ( I suggest Juanita's Brand, very authentic tasting chips)
  9. Cover and refridgerate what's left after snacking.

Sounds like a great simple way of doing things. Always love to original types. Cheers

Johnny's seasoning salt? How is it different than other seasoning salts?
Thanks! This sounds great. :)
