This recipe was requested by CLBacon. My mom fixes this for every family gathering and there's rarely any leftovers.

Ingredients
  • 1 small head cauliflower
  • 2 small bunches of broccoli
  • 1 pt. grape tomatoes
  • 1 C. whole black olives
  • 1 C. whole green olives
  • 4 oz. feta cheese
  • 1 C. Italian dressing

Directions
  1. Break broccoli and cauliflower into florets.
  2. Mix with tomatoes and olives.
  3. Crumble feta cheese and mix in.
  4. Pour dressing over the mixture and mix well.
  5. Can eat after 3-4 hours, but is best if left overnight before eating.
