Turkey Stew with Vegetables

- 2 turkey breast halves, (skinless and boneless) cut into cubes shopping list
- 1 stalk celery, cut (1 inch pieces) shopping list
- 2 onions, diced shopping list
- 2 carrots, peeled and sliced (1 inch pieces) shopping list
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped shopping list
- 2 potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes shopping list
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour shopping list
- 2 tbsp butter shopping list
- 3 cups chicken stock shopping list
- 1/4 tsp marjoram, dried shopping list
How to make it
- First, in a pot over medium heat, melt the butter. Put the onions into the pot, cook until tender. Add in celery and carrots, then cook until tender. Mix in the potatoes and flour. Pour in the chicken stock, and add some season to the soup with marjoram. Now, place turkey into the pot, and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir the green bell pepper into the soup, and continue cooking another 10 minutes, (until pepper is tender).
