Ingredients
  • 2 turkey breast halves, (skinless and boneless) cut into cubes
  • 1 stalk celery, cut (1 inch pieces)
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 2 carrots, peeled and sliced (1 inch pieces)
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cups chicken stock
  • 1/4 tsp marjoram, dried

Directions
  1. First, in a pot over medium heat, melt the butter. Put the onions into the pot, cook until tender. Add in celery and carrots, then cook until tender. Mix in the potatoes and flour. Pour in the chicken stock, and add some season to the soup with marjoram. Now, place turkey into the pot, and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir the green bell pepper into the soup, and continue cooking another 10 minutes, (until pepper is tender).
